How can we help?
DealZ is designed to work without an account. Search, scan and compare first; sign in only when you want alerts and cross-device sync.

Scan a product
Open Scan and point the camera at a barcode or QR code. Camera frames stay on your device and are discarded immediately.

Manage your data
Open Settings to change permissions, sign out or delete your account. Account deletion removes synced preferences, alerts and push registrations.

Account
Anonymous or Sign in with Apple identifiers, plus an Apple relay email when you choose to share it.
Deal preferences
Saved offers, price alerts, chosen radius, units, language and notification preferences.
Search
Your query and approximate location are used to return results. Exact coordinates are transient and are not used to build an advertising profile.
Notifications
An Apple Push Notification token is stored only when you enable alerts.
Service records
Short-lived offer snapshots and pseudonymous click-out records help validate prices, operate alerts and investigate abuse.
How information is used
We process information to provide searches, authenticate accounts, synchronize your choices, send requested price alerts, secure provider hand-offs, prevent abuse and maintain the service. Where GDPR applies, the legal bases are performance of the service you request, legitimate interests in security and reliability, and consent for optional location, camera and notification access.
Providers and transfers
Search and travel partners receive the minimum query information needed to return an offer. Apple processes Sign in with Apple and push notifications. Hosting, database and monitoring processors may handle encrypted service data under contract. A source is identified in the app wherever its offer, image or review appears.
Retention and security
Expired anonymous accounts are removed after 35 days. Offer snapshots are retained for up to 90 days and pseudonymous click-out records for up to 13 months, unless law requires otherwise. Session credentials are rotated, stored hashed on the service and protected in Apple Keychain on your device.
Your choices and rights
You can deny location, camera or notifications and continue using manual search. You may request access, correction, portability, objection, restriction or deletion by using in-app account deletion or contacting us. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children and changes
DealZ is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the product, providers or law changes; the effective date above will change and material updates will be communicated in the app.

Effective 1 August 2026. By using DealZ, you agree to these terms and the terms of the merchant or travel provider you choose.
Comparison service
DealZ compares information supplied by identified sources. DealZ is not the seller, marketplace, airline, hotel or payment provider. Your purchase or booking is made directly with the original provider.
Prices and availability
Prices, fees, delivery, conditions, ratings and availability can change. Recheck the final provider page before committing. “Best” refers only to comparable offers returned by the sources shown.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, automate abusive traffic, defeat security controls, interfere with providers or use results in violation of law or third-party rights.
Service availability
We work to keep DealZ accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every product, merchant or destination will be covered.
Liability
Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, DealZ is not responsible for a provider’s goods, services, cancellations or external site content.
